I’ve been running for over 20 years, completed more than 300 races, and spent the last 7 years coaching athletes across road, trail, and ultra-distance events, including 100 km winners and UTMB du Mont-Blanc finishers.
I’ve worked with athletes from first-time runners to experienced ultra-distance competitors. What I enjoy most is building training that fits the person, not forcing people into systems that ignore real life.
